As Technical Product Specialist your mission will be to drive the development and enhancement of our payment solutions. You will be at the forefront of revolutionizing the way people transact digitally, ensuring seamless, secure, and efficient payment experiences for our customers.

You will also be responsible for:

  • Define the product vision and strategy for our payment solutions, aligned with business objectives and market trends;
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, and business development teams to deliver high-quality payment products;
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities;
  • Prioritize features and enhancements based on customer feedback, data insights, and business impact;
  • Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and iteration, ensuring timely delivery and continuous improvement;
  • Drive product adoption and success through effective communication, training, and support initiatives.

Main requirements for this position:

  • Advanced English;
  • Fluent Spanish; 
  • Ability to understand technical documentation (such as REST APIs) and translate it into our core business;
  • Proven experience in product management, with a focus on payments or fintech products;
  • Deep understanding of the payment ecosystem;
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations;
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and inspire cross-functional teams;
  • Experience working in agile development environments;
  • Demonstrated track record of delivering successful products to market, driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
