As a Programmatic Integration Manager on the Programmatic Partnerships team in our Gurgaon Office, you’ll play a vital role in shaping the success of high-impact media partnerships by leading seamless technical integrations. You’ll be the bridge between cutting-edge programmatic technology and strategic partners, ensuring smooth adoption and maximizing performance outcomes. To thrive in this role, you'll need:

5+ years of experience in software development, field engineering, technical project management, or 3rd-level support, preferably in ad tech or a digital media environment

Proven track record of managing technical integration projects across internal teams and external stakeholders

Deep experience with client-server/server-to-server integrations, including SQL, JavaScript, and network protocols
-
Strong execution and technical troubleshooting skills, especially in debugging and QA
-
Fluent English—both written and spoken—to support global client communication
Bonus points if you have:

Experience with real-time bidding (RTB), VPAID, and other video ad tech protocols

Familiarity with trends in programmatic advertising and a strong understanding of the digital ecosystem

As a Programmatic Integration Manager, you’ll bring value by:

Owning the end-to-end integration process—from requirements gathering to successful launch

Performing hands-on technical implementation, troubleshooting, and QA across various partner systems

Setting up alerting and trend reports to monitor performance and identify potential issues early
-
Analyzing technical flows, including RTB and VPAID, to detect anomalies and improve monetization
-
Managing multiple projects simultaneously while collaborating with R&D and Product Management teams

Acting as the technical liaison in client meetings and building trust-based relationships with partners
