Job Title: Project Coordinator/ Business Analyst (Web, Mobile & AI Projects)About the RoleWe are seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented, and technically strong Project Coordinator & Business Analyst to join our growing team in Pune. This hybrid role focuses on leading end-to-end delivery of web and application development projects while bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions. You will collaborate with React developers, designers, QA, DevOps, and other cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, aligned with client expectations, and executed with high quality.
You will work across a diverse range of projects, including web and mobile applications, AI-driven platforms, and advanced digital solutions.
Key ResponsibilitiesProject Coordinator
- Lead end-to-end delivery of web, mobile, and application development projects, ensuring alignment with client goals and technical requirements.
- Work closely with React developers, designers, QA, and DevOps teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
- Manage project timelines, resources, budgets, and multiple workstreams concurrently.
- Conduct and facilitate Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, reviews, and status meetings.
- Track sprints, tasks, progress, and deliverables using JIRA or similar PM tools.
- Identify project risks early, implement mitigation plans, and remove blockers to ensure smooth execution.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation including flow diagrams, task breakdowns, reports, and status updates.
- Ensure adherence to Agile practices and drive continuous improvement across teams.
- Communicate proactively with clients regarding progress, blockers, updates, and delivery schedules.
- Support coding efforts or code reviews when needed, particularly in React.js and frontend-related tasks.
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and clarify business requirements.
- Create detailed documentation such as BRDs, user stories, SRS, wireframes, process flow diagrams, and use case diagrams.
- Develop flowcharts, DFDs, and technical specifications to convey business and system behavior.
- Translate business needs into functional requirements for development, design, and QA teams.
- Evaluate and recommend new technologies aligned with business goals (with a focus on AI, mobile, and web).
- 3+ years of experience managing software/application development projects.
- Strong knowledge in React.js and frontend architecture.
- Proven ability to lead development teams, manage workflows, and ensure on-time project delivery.
- Solid experience in gathering requirements, writing BRDs/SRS/user stories, and creating process documentation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, especially in client-facing roles (requirements gathering, demos, feedback sessions).
- Proficiency in JIRA or similar project management tools.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Ability to think analytically, solve problems proactively, and make informed decisions.
