The Evergreen Project Manager coordinates and administers all artefacts for Encompass Evergreen releases, ensuring they are updated during each PI and correctly published at PI close. The role has two main focuses:
During the PI: plan and track artefact updates by the right technical and non-technical stakeholders.
End-of-PI / Post-PI: personally complete the administrative tasks on the End-of-PI checklist, including finalizing, uploading, versioning, and securing Evergreen content on the microsite.
This is a highly structured, process-driven role suited for someone who is organized, detail‑oriented, and comfortable coordinating with multiple contributors. Full training will be provided on Evergreen processes, tools, artefacts, and microsite administration.
We are looking for a Project Manager I who will:Track and coordinate updates to all product artefacts and report status.
Follow up with contributors to ensure timely updates for each PI.
Maintain quality, structure, and formatting standards across documentation.
Explore opportunities for automation and implement improvements to reduce manual effort where possible.
Update definition of done based on modification or creation of any artefacts.
Act as the librarian for all collateral, ensuring artefacts are well organized, easy to navigate, and consistently structured.
End-of-PI Activities
Execute all steps in the PI checklist including:
Release updated Solution Description & Blueprint templates
Exporting and uploading updated use cases to Microsite.
Refreshing APIs, attributes, reference data, and related artefacts.
Updating Baseline Confluence space and publishing use case release notes.
Performing sanity checks on all uploaded artefacts.
Maintain Release Notes.
Process Adherence
Follow all “How To” guidelines and templates.
Maintain version consistency and ensure artefacts are structured correctly.
Coordination & Support
Act as a point of contact for artefact updates.
Provide progress updates to Product Management.
Ensure smooth, repeatable end‑of‑PI cycles.
Bachelor’s degree and experience in Business, Information Systems, Project Management, or a related field preferred.
Strong organizational and documentation skills.
High attention to detail and ability to follow structured checklists.
Experience with Confluence, SharePoint, or similar tools (preferred, not mandatory).
Ability to work independently and manage recurring cycles.
Experience with Agile methodologies and PI cadence (SAFe or similar).
AI Tools like Co Pilot, Glean, Cursor (desirable, not mandatory).
Project management or agile certifications (e.g., Prince2, PMP, Scrum Master) are a plus.
