As a Quality Engineer, you are responsible for developing, governing, and continuously improving the Quality Management System to ensure compliance, enhance process and product reliability, and drive a defect‑free, customer‑focused culture across the FPS Services portfolio.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Implementing a defect‑free culture to enhance process, product, and service reliability and improve customer experience.
- Analyzing the FPS Services QMS and implementing development plans that support business growth.
- Controlling key FPS Quality metrics to monitor performance and drive improvement.
- Establishing compliance governance, identifying gaps, and deploying mitigation plans as required.
- Leading process alignment across sites and building capability maps to ensure compliance across all segments.
- Developing audit requirements, leading audit programs, and driving quality‑first culture initiatives.
- Leading Continuous Improvement activities, conducting RCA/NCA investigations, and ensuring effective closure of non‑conformances.
- Ensuring adherence to ISO regulatory requirements while reducing COPQ through robust quality practices.
- Be a change agent for the Quality culture, and lead the Kaizen program for the site.

To be successful in this role you will:
- Have experience in QMS management and audit processes.
- Have deep understanding of compliance requirements, including ISO 9001:2015.
- Have hands‑on experience in evidence‑based management methods.
- Have knowledge of statistical analysis and process control methodologies.
- Have the ability to influence and lead teams through collaboration rather than authority.
- Have working knowledge of Windows tools including Minitab, MS Project, and advanced Excel.
- Have proven experience in a Quality Engineering role with strong communication and presentation skills.
- Have ability in digital tools (such as Power Apps, Go Formz) for new process implementation/improvement.
