Summary:
As a Quality Engineering Architect, you will engage in the development of comprehensive testing architectures that leverage innovative testing products and solutions. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the highest quality standards are met, while also providing technical leadership and strategic direction in quality engineering initiatives. You will be instrumental in shaping the testing landscape, ensuring that all processes are efficient and effective, ultimately contributing to the overall success of the projects you oversee.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Design and implement testing frameworks that enhance the quality assurance process.
- Mentor junior team members to foster a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Azure DevOps.
- Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment practices.
- Strong understanding of automated testing tools and frameworks.
- Ability to analyze and interpret complex testing data to drive improvements.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and practices.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Microsoft Azure DevOps.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
