Project Role Description : Leads a team of quality engineers through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Applies business and functional knowledge to develop end-to-end testing strategies through the use of quality processes and methodologies. Applies testing methodologies, principles and processes to define and implement key metrics to manage and assess the testing process including test execution and defect resolution.

Summary:
As a Quality Engineering Lead, a typical day involves guiding a team of quality engineers by coordinating multi-disciplinary planning and integrating various ecosystem components to enhance delivery speed and ensure high-quality standards throughout the application lifecycle. This role requires overseeing the development of comprehensive testing strategies that align with business and functional requirements. The lead actively monitors and manages testing activities, including test execution and defect resolution, by applying established quality processes and methodologies. Collaboration across teams and continuous improvement of testing metrics are key aspects of daily responsibilities.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance testing efficiency and effectiveness.
- Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and skill development.
- Facilitate communication between cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on quality objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Business Requirements Analysis.
- Strong expertise in designing and implementing end-to-end testing strategies aligned with business goals.
- Experience in applying quality processes and methodologies to manage testing lifecycle activities.
- Ability to define and track key performance metrics related to test execution and defect management.
- Skilled in coordinating multi-disciplinary teams and integrating diverse ecosystem components.
- Excellent problem-solving skills to address challenges within testing processes and team dynamics.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Business Requirements Analysis.
- This position is based at our Mumbai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
