Project Role Description : Enables full stack solutions through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Performs continuous testing for security, API, and regression suite. Creates automation strategy, automated scripts and supports data and environment configuration. Participates in code reviews, monitors, and reports defects to support continuous improvement activities for the end-to-end testing process.

Summary:
As a Quality Engineer, your day involves collaborating with diverse teams to design and implement comprehensive solutions that enhance the software delivery process. You engage in planning activities that span multiple disciplines and integrate various components of the technology ecosystem. Your role includes continuous testing efforts focused on security, application programming interfaces, and regression to ensure the highest quality standards. You develop and maintain automation strategies and scripts, while also managing data and environment configurations. Additionally, you actively participate in code reviews, track and report defects, and contribute to ongoing improvements throughout the entire testing lifecycle.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of testing processes within the development lifecycle.
- Assist in the documentation and refinement of testing procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.
- Continuously monitor testing outcomes and suggest improvements to optimize quality assurance efforts.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Selenium.
- Experience in designing and implementing automated test scripts to support continuous integration and delivery.
- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies including functional, regression, and security testing.
- Ability to configure and manage test environments and data to simulate real-world scenarios.
- Familiarity with defect tracking tools and processes to ensure timely resolution and reporting.
- Capability to participate effectively in code reviews and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Selenium.
- This position is based at our Mumbai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
