Develop and maintain Android and iOS applications using React Native. Build responsive mobile interfaces, integrate REST APIs and third-party services, troubleshoot performance issues, create reusable components, and manage application releases and updates. Collaborate with backend developers, designers, and other teams throughout the mobile application development lifecycle. Support debugging, testing, deployment to app stores, and ongoing bug fixes.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Android and iOS applications using React Native.
- Develop and maintain responsive web applications using React.js.
- Build reusable, scalable, and user-friendly UI components across mobile and web.
- Integrate REST APIs and third-party services.
- Debug, troubleshoot, and optimise application and web performance.
- Manage application releases, updates, and bug fixes.
- Work closely with backend developers, designers, and product teams.
- Participate in the complete mobile and web application development lifecycle.
Requirements
- 4–5 years of experience in application development.
- Strong hands-on experience with React Native and JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Good experience with React.js for web application development.
- Experience developing and deploying Android and iOS applications.
- Strong understanding of REST APIs and third-party integrations.
- Experience with Redux or similar state-management tools.
- Good understanding of responsive UI/UX and performance optimisation.
- Experience with Git, debugging, and application deployment.
- Understanding of Google Play Store and Apple App Store deployment processes.
Good-to-Have
- Experience with Next.js.
- Knowledge of Firebase, push notifications, and analytics.
- Familiarity with native Android/iOS development.
- Basic understanding of backend technologies such as Node.js.
- Experience working on consumer-facing or education-related applications.
