Your role

We’re looking for an experienced Recruiter to join our India team and play a key role in Brave Bison’s global growth.

You’ll work closely with our HR Manager in India and the Global People team to attract, engage, and hire exceptional talent across businesses. From creative professionals and marketing experts to tech innovators and business leaders, you’ll help bring in the people who drive our success.

This is a hands-on role where you’ll manage the full recruitment process, make confident hiring decisions, and create a positive experience for every candidate. If you enjoy a fast-paced, international environment and love connecting people with the right opportunities, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring priorities.
  • Source and engage candidates through job boards, social platforms, and referrals.
  • Conduct initial interviews and candidate assessments.
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring teams and provide timely updates to candidates.
  • Manage the recruitment process from first contact to onboarding.
  • Maintain accurate records and candidate pipelines.
  • Build strong relationships and a talent pool for future needs.

Key skills and experience:

  • 5 years of in-house recruitment experience, ideally in a fast-moving or agency environment.
  • Proven success hiring for media, marketing, and tech roles such as designers, editors, developers, and analysts.
  • Solid understanding of digital, social media, and tech industries.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Experience managing recruitment across global teams and time zones.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (BambooHR preferred).
  • Confident negotiation and closing skills.

  • Data and Tech: Analysts (Media/Consumer Insights), Developers, UX/UI Designers, Digital Asset Management Engineers
  • Business Operations and Finance: Finance Business Partners, Management Accountants, Operations Managers, IT/Admin Professionals
