🔍 About the Role:
As a Recruiter at Tumodo India, you will play a vital role in sourcing, attracting, and securing top talent — especially for sales and non-IT functions.
Reporting to the HR Director, you will work closely with department heads to understand hiring needs, manage full-cycle recruitment, and ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience.
Your expertise will be crucial in building high-performing teams that drive Tumodo’s success.
Critical Tasks:
🔎 Talent Sourcing: Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies to attract top sales, operations, and business support talent.
🤝 Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner closely with hiring managers to define role requirements, create compelling job descriptions, and advise on market trends.
📋 Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process from job posting, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation to onboarding handover.
🎯 Assessment & Selection: Conduct structured interviews and assessments to identify high-potential candidates aligned with Tumodo’s culture and values.
📈 Recruitment Analytics: Track recruitment metrics (time to hire, quality of hire, source of hire) and provide insights for continuous improvement.
✔️ Compliance: Ensure all recruitment practices are compliant with labor regulations and internal policies.
🎉 Employer Branding: Support initiatives to strengthen Tumodo’s employer brand and promote a positive candidate experience.
🌟 Process Optimization: Recommend and implement improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the recruitment process.
Requirements for Success:
🗓️ Experience: 2–4 years of recruitment experience, with strong focus on hiring for sales and non-IT roles.
🎓 Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
🛠️ Skills: Expertise in sourcing techniques (LinkedIn, job boards, social media), ATS proficiency (experience with BambooHR is a plus), strong negotiation skills, and familiarity with India labor practices.
✨ Attributes: High ownership mindset, excellent communication, ability to multitask, strong organizational skills, and a passion for finding the right talent.
