Role Overview: As a Recruiter, you will help shape Aggreko’s talent landscape by identifying, attracting, and hiring top candidates. You’ll partner closely with hiring managers to create data‑driven recruitment strategies informed by market insights, and manage an efficient hiring process using Workday. This role focuses on delivering an exceptional candidate experience, building diverse talent pipelines, and continuously improving hiring practices. Success requires strong stakeholder management, analytical thinking, and a proactive, solutions‑oriented approach.
What you’ll do:
Drive end‑to‑end recruitment for all assigned roles, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and hiring managers.
Use talent intelligence tools (e.g., TalentNeuron) to shape data‑driven hiring strategies during kickoff meetings.
Manage 20–25 active requisitions monthly, delivering timely and effective hiring outcomes.
Maintain process accuracy and compliance in Workday with <10% offer correction rates.
Build strong partnerships with hiring managers, providing strategic hiring guidance and ensuring accountability.
Enhance business understanding through monthly on‑site engagements, including job fairs, site visits, and field interactions.
Consistently meet hiring targets, provide quality candidate pipelines, and uphold process efficiency and stakeholder satisfaction.
You’ll have the following skills and experience:
5+ years of full‑cycle recruiting experience across diverse roles and functions.
Strong sourcing expertise, including proficiency in engaging passive talent across multiple platforms.
Hands‑on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (Workday preferred).
Ability to leverage data and market insights to build effective, evidence‑based hiring strategies.
Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and advise hiring managers.
Solid understanding of employment laws, hiring compliance, and interviewing best practices.
