Create accurate Revit and AutoCAD models that meet client requirements, coordinate with interdisciplinary teams, monitor progress, maintain documentation and MIS reports, meet delivery timelines, and ensure QA/QC and error-free deliverables.
- Client Alignment: Deeply understand client requirements and ensure all project outputs align perfectly with specified expectations.
- Interdisciplinary Coordination: Coordinate effectively within internal teams and across various departments to facilitate seamless project execution.
- Timeline Management: Adhere strictly to predefined delivery timelines and ensure the timely completion of all assigned tasks.
- Reporting & Documentation: Prepare and maintain daily MIS reports, project-specific documentation, and accurate timesheets.
- Progress Monitoring: Continuously monitor project progress and maintain meticulous documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
- Quality Assurance: Uphold rigorous quality standards, ensuring all deliverables meet or exceed customer specifications and internal QA/QC processes.
- Error Mitigation: Apply strong attention to detail to ensure zero-error delivery to clients.
Requirements
Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in Revit, AutoCAD, and AutoCAD 3D.
Standards: Strong understanding of international building codes, construction methodologies, and architectural standards. (US Work experience will be an added advantage)
Resilience: Proven ability to work under pressure and meet tight project deadlines while maintaining absolute accuracy.
