Responsibilities:
Development and Maintenance:
- Work on the development and maintenance of the core banking product.
Technical Participation:
- Participate in technical walkthroughs, coding, code reviews, unit testing, system testing, QA/UAT, and Go-Live support.
Point-of-Contact:
- Serve as the point-of-contact and be accountable for IBM I (AS400) deliverables.
- Collaborate with the team manager to ensure quality and timely deliveries.
Qualifications:
Experience:
- Minimum of 8 years of experience with IBM I (RPG, RPGLE, CL, CLLE) in development or maintenance projects in current and previous organizations.
Programming Skills:
- Proficiency in ILE RPG & ILE CL programming.
- Strong skills in code review, debugging, and unit testing.
Communication Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Additional Skills (Preferred):
- Experience with Aldon CMS tool.
Domain Expertise:
- Experience in the retail banking domain is a plus.
- Experience with Fiserv Signature International is a plus.
Reporting:
- Report to the Project Manager on the status and progress of work.
- Accountable for timely completion with quality.
