We are seeking a highly skilled SaaS Integration Expert to drive integration design, implementation, and coordination across multiple enterprise platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement end-to-end SaaS and enterprise application integrations
Develop and manage API-based integrations (REST/SOAP), ensuring scalability and security
Prepare and maintain comprehensive integration documentation (architecture diagrams, data flows, interface specs)
Work with middleware platforms to enable seamless system connectivity and orchestration
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, business, security, infrastructure) and external vendors
Support governance, compliance, and best practices for integration architecture
Contribute to integration roadmap and strategic decisions where required
Required Skills & Experience
Strong expertise in API design and integration (REST, SOAP, JSON, XML)
Hands-on experience with middleware/integration platforms such as:
WSO2
APG (Azure API Gateway or equivalent)
Azure AEM (Adobe Experience Manager on Azure)
SAP BTP (Business Technology Platform)
Proven experience in SaaS integration and hybrid architecture environments
Strong understanding of ETL processes and data integration patterns
Experience creating detailed integration and architecture documentation
Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders, including vendors and offshore teams
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in large enterprise environments with complex system landscapes
Exposure to SAP integrations and enterprise security considerations
Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure preferred)
Prior experience working with vendors such as Accenture, CTS, Infosys, or similar partners
