Summary:
We are
looking for a Sales Coordinator cum Accountant to support SSBV operations in
Mumbai. Initially, the candidate will be responsible for sales coordination
activities and gradually transition into Billing & Accounts
responsibilities.
Key
Responsibilities:
Sales
Coordination – Initial Role
- Create and maintain Deals and
new customer records in CRM.
- Prepare and send Sales Orders,
quotations and related documents to customers.
- Coordinate with customers and
internal teams for sales-related requirements.
- Maintain accurate sales records
and follow up on pending requirements.
- Communicate with customers
through emails and calls in English.
Purchase & Vendor Coordination
· Create Purchase Orders (POs) in Zoho Books and
send them to vendors.
· Coordinate
with vendors and internal teams regarding purchase-related documentation.
MIS & Reporting
· Maintain proper MIS, sales and project-related
reports using MS Excel.
· Prepare and update trackers as required by the
management.
· Ensure accuracy and timely updating of CRM,
Excel and accounting records.
Billing & Accounts – Future Role
· Transition
to billing and accounting activities once the sales coordination responsibility
is moved to the Netherlands.
· Support
invoice preparation, billing documentation, accounts-related entries and other
finance activities.
· Coordinate
with internal teams and customers regarding billing and payment-related
documentation.
Required
Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of relevant
experience in Sales Coordination, Sales Administration, Billing, Accounts
or a similar role.
- Good working knowledge of MS
Excel.
- Good knowledge of basic
accounting and billing processes.
- Hands-on experience with CRM
and/or Zoho Books will be preferred.
- Excellent English communication
skills – verbal and written.
- Ability to prepare professional
customer emails and communicate confidently with customers.
- Good attention to detail and
accuracy in documentation.
- Quick learner with the ability
to transition from sales coordination to billing/accounts.
- Good coordination and follow-up
skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks
and meet deadlines.
Preferred
Candidate Profile
- Male candidate preferred.
- Candidates with experience in
sales coordination + accounts/billing will be preferred.
- Candidates who are comfortable
initially working in a sales coordination role and subsequently moving
into Billing & Accounts will be preferred.
