We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join us.

As a SDR at Nanonets, you will play a crucial role in driving our sales pipeline. This position focuses on generating new business opportunities through a combination of outbound prospecting (70%) and managing inbound leads (30%). You will engage with potential clients, qualify leads, and set appointments for our sales team. Your efforts will directly contribute to the growth and success of Nanonets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Outbound Prospecting:
    • Research and identify potential clients using various tools and platforms.
    • Conduct cold outreach via email, phone, and social media to introduce Nanonets’ solutions.
    • Develop and maintain a list of targeted accounts to engage with consistently.
    • Conduct discovery calls with prospective accounts to determine fit and schedule follow-up demos for Account Executives.
    • Work with the Head of Sales, Head of Account Management, and Head of Marketing to identify ongoing strategic targets.
    • Maintain the CRM with notes and details on leads.
    • Leverage tools(such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator) to identify prospective customers.

Inbound Lead Management:

  • Qualify incoming leads by understanding their needs and challenges.
  • Respond promptly to inquiries and qualify interest from various inbound channels such as phone, chat, email, LinkedIn, and request for contact forms. 
  • Schedule appointments for the sales team to conduct product demos and further discussions.
  • Collaboration and Reporting:
    • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align outreach strategies.
    • Track and report on key performance metrics, including lead conversion rates and pipeline growth.
    • Continuously provide feedback on lead quality and market trends to improve outreach strategies.
  • Knowledge Development:
    • Stay up-to-date on Nanonets’ products, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
    • Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field or equivalent experience.
  •  2-5 years in lead generation and/or inside sales experience in a SaaS company. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building relationships.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • A self-starter attitude with a passion for technology and automation.
  • Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo/Amplemarket/Clay, Email Automation Tools,  Experience with Hubspot.
  • Please note: As Nanonets is a global company, you will be expected to collaborate with our international stakeholders and coincide with EST/PST timelines.
