As Sales Manager – Pressure Pumping you will be involved in planning and developing the overall sales strategy of your team. In a high-impact, exciting environment, you will work with multiple product lines within the Completions, Intervention, and Measurement (CIM) Segment. As a trusted leader, you’ll deliver successful outcomes for customers through innovation, strategic solutions, relationships, and sound Pressure Pumping business acumen.
As a Sales Manager – Pressure Pumping CIM- India, you will be responsible for:
- Support the business in identifying opportunities for increasing revenues through improved understanding of all client’s requirements.
- Managing a sales strategy and developing unique commercial models and business growth plans.
- Under the leadership and direction of the Region Sales Director & Area Service Delivery Manager, develop and agree on a sales plan and targets for achieving profitable growth of the Pressure Pumping - CIM India & Bangladesh.
- Conduct sales presentations to clients/provide technology updates and participate in sales and client meetings.
- Assist in pricing guidance to the commercial team and ensure that margins are optimized.
- Overseeing a portfolio of clients within the Segment to ensure sales targets are met, including KPI’s such as revenue growth, market share gain, commercial conversion rate, pricing, upsell, and client satisfaction.
- Communications between the Global Product Lines and the Sales and Operations teams within the Region
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:
- Have a bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, or a related field
- Have a minimum of 10 years of experience in Cementing, Fracturing and Coiled Tubing, With at least 5 years of experience in Pressure Pumping sales and business development
- Have previous exposure to large-scale projects, long term contracting, and demonstrated success in critical customer projects
- Experience in an asset and people-based business, including capital allocation, resource planning and assignment, long-term business planning, and profitable growth
