Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of experience in Salesforce development, including at least 3 years specializing in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Aura. The role involves leading the development and implementation of projects using emerging technologies, mentoring team members, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with the organization's overall strategy.

Technical Skills:

Collaboration and Communication:
- Proven ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Techno-functional knowledge of Salesforce CRM.

- Ability to lead the development and implementation of projects using emerging technologies.
- Evaluate and recommend new technology solutions to improve business processes.
Experience:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer.
- At least 3 years of experience specializing in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Aura.
