Lead and manage the full release management process for Salesforce using Copado, ensure DevOps best practices, and mentor team members.
Salesforce Release Manager1
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute the end-to-end release management process using Copado
- Configure and maintain Copado pipelines, quality gates, and automation processes
- Establish and enforce DevOps best practices, including version control, continuous integration,
- and deployment strategies
- Manage sandbox refresh processes and environment synchronization
- Create and maintain documentation for deployment processes
- Schedule and coordinate releases with the Change Review Board (CRB)
- Coach and mentor team members on DevOps best practices and Salesforce development
- standards
- Lead training sessions on Copado tools and processes
- Collaborate with development teams to improve deployment processes
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce development
- Knowledge of Salesforce APEX, lightning components, APIs, webservices etc..
- Ability to work on production tickets and small projects in Salesforce
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of Salesforce development experience
- 2+ years of experience with DevOps practices and tools, MUST HAVE Copado
- Salesforce Platform Administrator certification
- Strong understanding of Git version control concepts
- Experience with agile development methodologies
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Experience with change management and release coordination
