Responsibilities
- Architect and execute comprehensive, project-led change strategies for the SuccessFactors Employee Central module within large-scale enterprise environments.
- Lead complex system migrations and major configuration overhauls, moving beyond basic administrative updates to drive structural improvements.
- Serve as the technical authority on Employee Central, ensuring all implementations adhere to strict IT standards and organizational scalability requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align HR technology solutions with broader business objectives and operational workflows.
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of system enhancements, from requirements gathering and solution design to testing and deployment.
- Provide strategic guidance on system architecture and best practices to support organizational growth and process efficiency.
