Responsibilities
- Oversee the end-to-end management of non-production SuccessFactors environments to support development and testing initiatives.
- Execute and validate environment refresh processes in alignment with established SuccessFactors protocols.
- Implement and manage data obfuscation strategies to ensure personal information is securely anonymized within test datasets.
- Facilitate regular collaboration with Product Owners and leadership teams to align environment strategies with business goals.
- Deliver clear presentations and updates regarding environment status, data security measures, and project progress.
- Troubleshoot environment-related issues and ensure high availability for the development team.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in HR technology or system administration.
- Proven expertise with SAP SuccessFactors is essential; strong proficiency in Workday or similar enterprise HR suites is an acceptable alternative.
- Demonstrated ability to manage non-production landscapes, including environment refreshes and data masking.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a track record of effectively presenting to executive leadership.
- Strong understanding of data privacy regulations and the importance of personal data anonymization.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
Location and Compensation
- Salary Range: 20 to 24 LPA
