Project Role Description : Acts as an enabler for the effective functioning of a software development team using Agile methodologies. Coaches and mentors the Scrum Team(s), removing barriers to successful implementation and enabling a continued focus on the task at hand. Facilitates scrum and agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Identifies and reports progress via appropriate metrics.

Responsibilities
Facilitate all Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Guide and coach the team on Agile/Scrum principles, removing impediments and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and Engineering Leads to ensure backlog clarity and sprint readiness.
Track and report key Agile metrics (velocity, burndown, team health) to stakeholders.
Shield the team from external interruptions and ensure focus on sprint goals.
Support cross-team coordination and dependency management across frontend, backend, DevSecOps, QA, and AI/LLM teams.
Promote Agile best practices and help scale Agile processes as the team grows.
Skills & Experience
6+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in Agile software development environments.
Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe, or equivalent Agile certification.
Proven experience working with SaaS, microservices, and multi-cloud product teams.
Strong understanding of Agile metrics, Jira, Confluence, and collaboration tools.
Excellent facilitation, conflict resolution, and servant leadership skills.
Ability to work with distributed teams and manage multiple workstreams.
Experience in projects involving AI/LLM integration, workflow automation, or enterprise systems like SAP.
Familiarity with DevSecOps, CI/CD pipelines, and QA automation.
Exposure to tools like Camunda, n8n, or OpenProject.
Summary:
As a Scrum Master, you will act as an enabler for the effective functioning of a software development team using Agile methodologies. Your typical day will involve coaching and mentoring the Scrum Team, facilitating various Agile ceremonies, and ensuring that the team remains focused on their tasks. You will work closely with team members to identify and remove any barriers that may hinder their progress, while also tracking and reporting on the team's performance through appropriate metrics. Your role is crucial in fostering a collaborative environment that promotes continuous improvement and high-quality deliverables.

- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Agile methodologies.
- Strong understanding of team dynamics and conflict resolution.
- Ability to coach and mentor team members effectively.
- Experience in using project management tools to track progress and performance.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Scrum.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
