Lead and coach Agile teams using Scrum and SAFe; facilitate ceremonies, collaborate with Product Owners, track sprint metrics, remove impediments, and promote continuous improvement and Agile adoption across teams.
We are looking
for a skilled Scrum Master to lead Agile teams and drive delivery excellence.
The ideal candidate will be well-versed in Scrum and SAFe frameworks, capable
of fostering collaboration, removing blockers, and enabling high-performing
teams.
Key
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate
Agile ceremonies: daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and
reviews.
- Coach teams on
Scrum principles and SAFe practices.
- Collaborate
with Product Owners to maintain a healthy backlog.
- Track sprint
progress and Agile metrics (velocity, burndown, etc.).
- Identify and
remove impediments to team progress.
- Promote a
culture of continuous improvement and Agile maturity.
- Support Agile adoption across teams and
departments.
Requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor’s
degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Experience in Scrum
Master (CSM) OR SAFe Agilist (SA) OR equivalent SAFe certification.
- 3–6 years of
experience in Agile project management.
- Strong
understanding of Scrum, SAFe, and Kanban frameworks.
- Hands-on
experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, Trello, or similar.
- Excellent
facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred
Qualifications:
- Experience
working in mid-sized IT companies or startups.
- Exposure to
DevOps and CI/CD environments.
- Familiarity
with scaled Agile implementations and enterprise-level Agile
transformation.
