Lead one or two cross-functional PODs to deliver customer-facing and platform features. Facilitate Scrum and SAFe ceremonies, coach SAFe principles and Definition of Ready/Done, partner with Product Owners and SMEs to groom and prioritize backlog using WSJF, manage cross-team dependencies via program board, coordinate with RTE/System Architect/other Scrum Masters, remove impediments, and drive measurable flow and delivery improvements.

Facilitate SAFe and Agile practices, remove impediments, improve flow, and ensure alignment with CoE standards and business outcomes.Key Responsibilities•Facilitate Scrum and SAFe team-level and program-level ceremonies: Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Review, Retrospective; actively support PI Planning, ART Sync and Inspect & Adapt.•Coach the POD on SAFe principles, Definition of Ready/Done, acceptance criteria, and outcome-driven delivery.•Partner with Product Owners and Business SMEs (claims, underwriting, vet partner ops) to groom and prioritize backlog items using WSJF where applicable.•Manage cross-team dependencies via program board; coordinate with RTE, System Architect, and other Scrum Masters to reduce delays.•Drive measurable improvements
