Serves as the primary security contact for customers and stakeholders, conducts governance and service reviews, presents security risks and trends, manages major incident escalations, and tracks remediation activities to closure while driving continual service improvement.
Service Delivery & Security Operations • Lead end-to-end delivery of Managed Security Services. • Oversee 24x7 SOC operations including Logging & Monitoring, Incident Response, and Cyber Brand Protection. • Ensure adherence to SLAs, OLAs, KPIs, and security governance requirements. • Drive continual service improvement initiatives across the security landscape. • Act as escalation point for Major Security Incidents (P1/P2). • Security Governance & Stakeholder Management • Serve as the primary security contact for customer leadership and internal stakeholders. • Conduct operational reviews, service reviews, and security governance meetings. • Present security posture, risks, trends, and recommendations to customer management. • Track risks, actions, and remediation activities to closure.
