Function Description
As a Contract Analyst in the Pay-per-Hour (PPH) India team, you will be responsible to execute tasks and perform data analysis in support of engine maintenance agreements. Your role will entail understanding and performing a wide array of deliverables required to support the contract management of PPH customer. Working closely with the customer service representatives, finance account managers and MRO specialists, you will act a subject matter expert on financial and operational data related to PPH contracts. You will be expected to provide recommendations for process improvements and enable digital transformation initiatives.
What You Will Do:
- Analyze various types of shop invoices related to engine maintenance services covered under our maintenance plan, ensuring accuracy and alignment with contractual terms.
- Generate Sales Orders based on engine utilization data to support the Finance team in driving revenue generation from customers.
- Review and update data across multiple systems, and prepare reports related to engine maintenance activities to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Adopt a continuous improvement mindset to identify and support opportunities for process optimization and digital transformation.
- Collaborate closely with Business, Customer Manger, Digital Team, Finance, Cost Analyst and other key stakeholders to ensure the seamless execution of critical tasks and promptly address any contract data-related queries.
- Support the team in digital transformation initiatives by leveraging Power BI and SQL expertise to streamline data analysis and reporting processes.
Qualifications You Must Have:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business administration, with 2 to 5 years of relevant experience.
- Prior experience in Aviation, MRO, or Operations is a value-added asset.
- Proven experience working with SAP SD, SAP CRM, Power BI, and SQL.
- Strong analytical, quantitative, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
- Highly self-motivated, with the ability to execute tasks independently and with minimal supervision.
