•Accountable for scheduling of release activities, ensuring efficient platform transitions.
•Accountable for facilitating interdepartmental collaboration for effective release execution.
•Responsible for providing support for development and production issues, including performance problems.
•Responsible for engaging portfolios leads proactively, ensuring alignment through all lifecycle stages.
•Accountable to ensure IT environments (like Test, Dev, Pre-prod and Prod) are properly managed, governed, and coordinated so they are "fit for purpose".
