Your Impact on Our Mission…
As an Accounting Operations Associate, you will support key transactional accounting functions with a primary focus on Travel & Expense (T&E) and broader procure-to-pay (P2P) operations. You will partner closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate, timely processing of expenses and financial transactions, while supporting overall financial operations.

Your Day to Day Is…
- Review and process employee expense reports in accordance with company policy
- Work closely with employees on reimbursements and expense-related inquiries
- Perform T&E reviews for accuracy, completeness, and policy compliance
- Support corporate card reconciliations and expense tracking
- Ensure timely processing and resolution of exceptions
- Support invoice intake, validation, and approval workflows
- Monitor processing queues and follow up on missing or incomplete information
- Assist in ensuring purchase order (PO) utilization and tracking is up to date
- Provide ad-hoc support related to vendor coordination and transaction inquiries
- Prepare documentation and back-up for financial reporting
- Contribute to the management and escalation of risks and issues
- Assist in annual audits and cross-functional requests
- Assist in month-on-month close
You’d be Successful in This Role if You Have…
- Graduation with experience of working with financial and budget information. 2-5 years of corporate experience (working with international teams is an added advantage)
- Working knowledge of the below tools of Coupa and NetSuite
- Strong analytical skills and ability to consider wider objectives
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (Pro)
- Solid understanding of corporate finance and accounting topics
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to synthesize large amounts of data
- Be ready to take initiatives and multitask independently
