About Celonis Engineering team:
Celonis Process Management is at the forefront of revolutionizing business process management. We create Business Process Management Software that lets employees do their best work. We are responsible for two major apps: The Process Designer is used for creating a full enterprise map of an organization. AI facilitates kick-starting process designs, thus reducing the barrier of entry. In addition, there is the Process Navigator, which has the purpose of making it easier to manage change by visualizing business processes. Overall, we foster a healthier process culture – with better transparency, lower churn, and much more engagement.
The Role:
As a Senior Backend Engineer, you will bring your general software engineering expertise to our innovative projects and continuously evolving concepts. You will have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge cloud technology, stay on top of trends, and drive projects with an ever-increasing degree of independence. Responsibilities:
- Implement highly performant and scalable software.
- Own the implementation of end to end solutions: leading the design, implementation, build and delivery to customers.
- Increase the maintainability, reliability and robustness of our software.
- Continuously improve and automate our development processes.
- Document procedures, concepts, and share knowledge within and across teams.
Your qualifications:
- 7+ years of professional experience building .NET applications.
- Passion for writing clean code that follows SOLID principles.
- Hand-on experience in C# and .NET framework/.NET Core.
- Familiarity with containerization technologies (i.e. Docker)
- Experience in REST APIs and/or distributed micro service architecture.
- Experience building and deploying applications on at least one major cloud provider (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
- Experience in writing and setting up unit and integration tests.
- Able to coach junior colleagues.
