We are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst focusing on overall Finance and Accounting end-to-end processes to join our team supporting SAP S4 Hana Cloud Finance Modules. As the Senior Finance SAP Business Analyst, you will be the Subject Matter Expert for any queries related to overall finance processes.

What Work You Will be Responsible For:

  • Post Go-live support –provide guidance to the business on the appropriate use of the SAP S4 Hana Cloud for end-to-end finance processes.

  • M&A integration – EisnerAmper has a strong combination track record that will require consistent onboarding of acquisitions into the S4 environment.

  • Solution enhancement – enable our strategy of continuous enhancement by working with the business to identify and catalog opportunities for enhancements, and present to the committee.

  • Process design, documentation, and training – help develop and maintain clear process documentation and support the change management and training functions in the development of end-user training.

  • Manage and update Master Data including key entities such as Profit Centers, Cost Centers, and other essential business records to ensure consistency and accuracy across systems.

  • Perform system reconciliations to ensure data integrity, resolve discrepancies, and maintain alignment between various business systems.

  • Meta data management – creation of projects, cost centers, profit centers etc.,

In this role, you will:

  • Provide guidance to the business on the appropriate use of the SAP S4 Hana cloud for end-to-end finance processes.

  • Collaborate with business and process areas to identify and implement new initiatives.

  • Facilitate business requirements and process review activities related to the key functionality required by the business.

  • Ensure cross functional alignment, share best practices, and support continuous improvement.

  • Demonstrate the ability to solve problems that allow for effective and timely resolution of issues.

Basic Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of work experience with SAP S4/Hana in the order to cash processes including thorough understanding of intake, Work in Progress (WIP) management, billing and Accounts Receivable; public cloud experience a plus.

  • At least 3 years of experience in the Professional Services industry; accounting industry experience a plus.

  • Knowledge of Power BI and SQL will be a plus.

Return to Work:
Staff to Manager – 4 days in a week (Monday & Friday is mandatory)
Senior Manager to Director – 5 days in a week (Monday & Friday is mandatory)
