Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders through interviews and workshops.
- Analyse data using SQL queries to extract insights and identify trends.
- Develop and automate reports/scripts in Python (e.g., using Pandas, NumPy).
- Create process flowcharts, user stories, and basic wireframes for business processes.
- Support senior analysts in data validation, gap analysis, and requirement traceability.
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure solutions meet business objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in business analysis, data analysis, or similar roles.
- Proficiency in SQL for querying databases (e.g., JOINs, aggregations, subqueries).
- Hands-on experience with Python for data manipulation and scripting.
- Basic understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like Jira or Confluence.
- Strong analytical thinking, communication skills, and attention to detail.
- Bonus: Familiarity with Excel, Power BI, or requirement tools like Visio.
