Role Description
The PODL is senior role responsible for leading all squads of platform services. Each squad will implement all enhancements and production fixes for Finacle, Document management, IVR, Robotics, Debit card management and all such satellite applications. The PODL is also responsible for guiding other Product owners of the Platform Services Tribe in the review and analysis of requirements and functional specifications to ensure quality and timely delivery of all changes.

Your key responsibilities
- Lead and govern changes across all squads of platform services as a PODL
- Lead the changes and the fixes for the Finacle core application as a PO
- Ensure the stability of the application by ensuring the RCA for every incident.
- Co-ordinate with satellites systems and interfaces application for all changes and requirements.
- Ensure the stability of the application by understanding the PSP patches and its impacts before testing and deployment.
- Support and implement new products as required by Business.
- Closely work with Infosys teams for identified product gaps at product set-up level or work flow levels & close it as per requirement.
- Closely work with Technology teams for the technical upgrades and its implementation.
- Work closely with teams to implement and close SII and audit observations.
- Periodic MIS presentation for the senior management at regular intervals
- Monitoring of results vs key objectives defined for the team
- Application ownership for all parameters, activities, DR, supporting internal and external audits
Your skills and experience
- Finacle core banking SME with an experience of 10-15 years. Should have worked extensively in architecting, designing and implementing world class solutions including leading the version upgrade and migration project. Should have experience with Agile development methodology
- Experience in Asset processes (Disbursement, reschedulement, NPA, DPD, Interest methods, API banking, Payment systems would be an additional advantage.
