- Lead and manage SAP IBP Response & Supply Planning projects, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction.
- Provide functional expertise and guidance to the project team, ensuring a high-quality implementation process.
- Analyze client requirements and translate them into effective SAP IBP solutions, focusing on Response & Supply Planning.
- Configure and customize SAP IBP to meet specific client needs, ensuring optimal performance and user adoption.
- Conduct workshops and training sessions to educate clients on the effective use of SAP IBP for Response & Supply Planning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP IBP with other enterprise systems, enhancing overall supply chain efficiency.
- Stay updated with the latest SAP IBP features and best practices, ensuring our solutions remain cutting-edge.
- Document project activities, including configuration steps, for future reference and knowledge sharing.
- Provide post-implementation support and maintenance, ensuring smooth operations and addressing any issues promptly.
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in SAP IBP, with a strong focus on Response & Supply Planning.
- In-depth knowledge of SAP IBP configuration, customization, and best practices.
- Proven track record of leading successful SAP IBP projects, demonstrating strong project management skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a results-driven approach.
- Experience in working with cross-functional teams and managing client relationships.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and innovations in supply chain management and SAP IBP.
- Willingness to travel as required for client engagements and project needs.
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Supply Chain Management, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
