Job Overview:
We are looking for a highly skilled Python Developer with strong experience in Django and Flask frameworks to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building robust back-end services and RESTful APIs, contributing to high-performing, scalable applications in a hybrid work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain web applications using Python frameworks like Django and Flask
- Build reusable code and libraries for future use
- Integrate front-end elements with server-side logic
- Design and implement APIs and backend services
- Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and security
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on technical solutions and feature implementations
- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software
- Participate in code reviews and maintain high code quality standards
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 4 to 7 years of hands-on experience in Python development
- Strong experience in Django and Flask frameworks
- Good understanding of RESTful API design and integration
- Familiarity with relational databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or SQLite
- Proficiency in Git or similar version control systems
- Experience with unit testing and debugging
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
Nice to Have:
- Experience with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure
- Knowledge of containerization tools such as Docker
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Agile methodologies
