The Role

As a Control-M Administrator at Kyndryl, you will be critical in ensuring the smooth operation of our customers’ IT infrastructure. You'll be the mastermind behind maintaining and optimizing their systems, ensuring they're always running at peak performance. 
Not only will you be responsible for managing and maintaining the IT infrastructure, but you'll also have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge technologies and innovative solutions that will shape the future of the industry. You'll be at the forefront of new service preparation and change management processes, constantly learning and growing your technical expertise to ensure the best outcomes for our customers.
Your technical prowess will be put to the test as you troubleshoot critical customer situations and provide timely solutions to keep their systems secure, reliable, and efficient. You'll be the go-to expert for sizing and optimizing systems, ensuring our customers' business performance is always world-class.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• 7 to 10 Years of experience in Install, configure, and maintain Control-M and Control-M Enterprise Manager software.

• Good hands-on experience in creating scheduling SAP, UNIX, LINUX, and WINDOWS jobs.  Experience on Devops and Good knowledge on general concepts of job scheduling.

• Scheduling and troubleshooting jobs in Control M for applications like SQL, FTP, HTTP etc.

• Fixing of job failures and debugging skills of job failures.

• Action ad hoc request on active job scheduling environment.

• Year End Calendar creations/Modifications in Control M Generate Audit Data reports and perform checks.

• Develop, monitor, and troubleshoot batch jobs and workflows

• Profciency in Control-M installation, configuration, and administration.

• Experience with job scheduling and batch processing.

• Knowledge of operating systems like Unix/Linux and Windows.

• Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., Shell, Perl, Python) for automation.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Understanding of database management and integration.

Preferred Technical and Professional Experience

• Experience with cloud environments and Control-M integrations.

• Knowledge of ITIL processes.

• Familiarity with tools like ServiceNow for ticketing and incident management.

• Basic knowledge of TCP, Networks and connectivity.
