Prepare, review, validate, and submit premium, claims, and risk bordereaux in accordance with Lloyd’s and contract requirements. Maintain accurate data, records, mappings, and submission timelines; support regulatory reporting and internal insights. Resolve queries from underwriters, brokers, and coverholders, coordinate with internal teams, escalate complex issues, and follow through to closure. Handle high transaction volumes, support quality assurance escalations, and mentor new hires on query handling.

- Ensure accurate data capture, formatting and mapping as per the contract specifications and reporting templates
- Monitor submission deadlines and maintain accurate records of all Bordereaux reports
- Assist with regulatory reporting and provide data insights for internal stakeholders.
- Manage and resolve queries from underwriters, brokers and coverholders relating to bordereaux submissions.
- Liaise with internal teams to provide clarification and ensure timely resolution.
- Escalate complex issues while ensuring continuous follow-up until closure.
- Responsible to handle high volume of transactions and identify scenarios demanding escalation to supervisor to avoid any escalations/complaints
- Floor support to new hires and mentoring them wrt query handling
- Strong knowledge of the Lloyds of London Market especially Delegated Authority and bordereaux reporting
- Proficiency in excel, bordereaux management system and data validation tool
- Excellent data comprehension skills to read and carefully interpret business requirements
- Good understanding of Insurance Life cycle and Terms
