We are seeking a highly motivated Full Stack Engineer with strong expertise in Node.js and React.js to build and scale high-performance digital platforms that serve millions of users in real time. This role offers the opportunity to work on large-scale systems that power fan engagement experiences, real-time gaming platforms, AI-driven products, and media technology solutions.

As a Full Stack Engineer, you will be responsible for developing scalable web applications, designing resilient backend services, and creating engaging user experiences that can handle massive traffic volumes during live events. You will work on mission-critical systems that require low latency, high availability, and exceptional performance under peak load conditions.

The ideal candidate is passionate about building distributed systems, solving complex scalability challenges, and delivering seamless digital experiences. You will collaborate closely with product managers, designers, data engineers, and platform teams to develop innovative solutions that combine real-time data, interactive experiences, and modern web technologies.

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Node.js, React.js, JavaScript, and modern frontend frameworks.
• Build responsive, high-performance user interfaces that deliver seamless experiences across web and mobile platforms.
• Develop secure and scalable backend services, APIs, and microservices that support high-volume user traffic.
• Ensure applications are optimized for speed, reliability, scalability, and user engagement.

• Develop systems capable of supporting millions of concurrent users during high-traffic events and peak activity periods.
• Build and optimize real-time features including live updates, notifications, leaderboards, scoring engines, and interactive experiences.
• Design backend architectures that support high transaction volumes and low-latency performance requirements.
• Implement caching, load balancing, and performance optimization strategies to ensure system stability under scale.

• Develop and enhance real-time gamification platforms, including fantasy contests, prediction games, quizzes, challenges, and engagement-driven experiences.
• Build scalable transaction processing systems capable of handling high-frequency user interactions.
• Collaborate with product teams to create engaging features that increase user participation and retention.

• Integrate applications with real-time data pipelines and streaming data sources.
• Support the implementation of recommendation systems, personalization engines, and AI-driven user engagement features.
• Work closely with data engineering and analytics teams to deliver data-powered user experiences.
• Contribute to the development of scalable infrastructure that supports advanced analytics and machine learning initiatives.

• Develop systems that support content delivery, media workflows, and automated processing pipelines.
• Collaborate with engineering teams working on video processing, content management, tagging, and content distribution platforms.
• Support integration of intelligent automation and media-related technologies into user-facing applications.

• Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and technical design sessions.
• Troubleshoot performance bottlenecks, production incidents, and scalability challenges.
• Maintain high standards of code quality, security, testing, and documentation.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on schedule and at a high level of quality.

• Strong experience in Full Stack Development with hands-on expertise in Node.js and React.js.
• Solid understanding of modern JavaScript, frontend architecture, and backend application development.
• Experience building scalable web applications that support large user bases and high traffic volumes.
• Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and distributed systems design.
• Familiarity with real-time data processing, event-driven architectures, and high-throughput systems.
• Experience optimizing application performance, scalability, and reliability in production environments.
• Understanding of database design, caching strategies, and backend performance optimization techniques.
• Exposure to cloud-native development, containerized environments, and modern deployment practices.
• Experience working with gamification platforms, user engagement products, or transaction-intensive applications is advantageous.
• Familiarity with AI-powered applications, recommendation systems, analytics platforms, or data-driven products is a plus.
• Knowledge of media processing workflows, content delivery systems, or video-related technologies is beneficial.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with a passion for tackling complex technical challenges at scale.
