Human Resources develops and executes successful recruiting programs, learning and expertise-development initiatives, strategic staffing assignments, effective reporting and analytics, performance management processes, and work-life benefits and operations.
We seek a Senior HR Analyst in Compensation to join our Talent Programs and Total Rewards team. This individual will report directly to the Global Compensation Lead and be involved in the bi-annual raise and bonus review processes. The Senior Analyst will work on data compilation and evaluation to inform decision-making in compensation processes, including salary benchmarking, position and salary analysis, and structure design and implementation, with a focus on efficiency.
What you'll do
- Collaborate with team members to systematically organize and maintain compensation data, ensuring that all information is accurate, up-to-date, and securely stored
- Support the team in advanced data entry and report generation related to salary structures and bonus allocations
- Help maintain the compensation and HCM systems by updating information as needed
- Create spreadsheet models to assist in analyzing compensation proposals
- Gather and organize data to create detailed reports for management, following established templates to ensure consistency and clarity
- Develop and document compensation procedures to streamline processes
- Participate in salary benchmarking studies by gathering data and summarizing findings
- Keep current in all aspects of compensation through both informal and formal training, continuous learning and reading and general professional curiosity
What you'll bring
- Bachelor's degree required (master's degree appreciated) in a relevant field (e.g. mathematics, statistics, finance, engineering, industrial/organizational psychology or related discipline) with strong academic performance
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant work experience in compensation analysis and administration or analytics and reporting
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with experience in unstructured problem-solving scenarios
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written), with a strong sensitivity to confidentiality.
- Self-starter with an ability to work in a fast-paced team environment, multi-task, and prioritize accordingly to deliver on multiple projects
- Comfort working with global audiences and cross-office teams, but with a large degree of autonomy and ownership
- Proficient in advanced MS Excel data manipulation skills, with the ability to quickly understand reports and dashboards
- Keen attention to detail with a regular practice of double checking work for accuracy and clarity
- Familiarity with MS PowerPoint, with the ability to create presentations that effectively communicate data insights to diverse audiences
- Experience working in a professional services environment is preferred
