Job Summary
Synechron is seeking a highly skilled Sr. Java Lead to join our team. This role is central to leading a team of Java developers, ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions that drive business success and innovation. The Java Lead will design and implement scalable Java solutions, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute significantly to Synechron's strategic objectives.
Software Requirements

Required:
- Extensive knowledge of Java programming, preferably Java SE 11 or later.
- Experience with microservices architecture and cloud computing platforms such as AWS or Azure.
- Proficiency in Agile and Scrum methodologies.

- Familiarity with advanced Java frameworks and libraries, such as Spring Boot and Hibernate.
Overall Responsibilities
- Lead a team of Java developers and ensure high-quality software delivery.
