Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance Java applications.
- Utilize Java 8 and the Spring Framework for building scalable and robust applications.
- Implement Hibernate for ORM and Struts for web application framework.
- Develop and maintain applications using FreeMarker, Apache Camel, and Spring Batch.
- Create and manage REST APIs, SOAP APIs, and Sockets.
- Integrate front-end components using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Design and implement BPMN workflows.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.

Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong proficiency in Java 8.
- Extensive experience with the Spring Framework and Hibernate.
