Overall Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and maintenance of high-performance, scalable Java applications.
- Implement and oversee solutions using Java, Spring, Spring Boot, and related technologies.
- Develop and manage REST APIs and microservices architecture.
- Ensure efficient use of containerization technologies such as ECS and OpenShift.
- Integrate and manage messaging systems using Kafka.
- Leverage MongoDB for data storage and retrieval.
- Analyze complex requirements and provide effective solutions.
- Identify, solve, and mitigate technical challenges throughout the development lifecycle.
- Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a collaborative team environment.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure continuous improvement.
- Work with minimal supervision and demonstrate a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Technical Skills:
Category-wise:
Java Development:
- Proficiency in Java 11 / 17.
- Strong experience with Spring Framework and Spring Boot.
API and Microservices:
- Good knowledge of REST API development.
- Experience in developing and managing microservices architecture.
Containerization:
- Strong understanding of containerization technologies such as ECS and OpenShift.
Messaging Systems:
- Good understanding and experience with Kafka.
Data Storage:
- Proficiency in MongoDB for data storage and management.
Front-end Development:
- Knowledge of Angular is a plus.
Experience:
- Minimum 7-10 years of experience in Java development.
- Proven experience in leading development projects and teams.
Day-to-Day Activities:

Qualifications:
