The Team:
You will be part of the global Value Engineering Center of Excellence providing strategic advice, cutting-edge tools, and best practices for our GTM teams, creating a competitive edge. The Value Engineering organization is responsible for the entire customer value journey (pre-sales and post-sales) and the cornerstone in enabling our customers to realize value.
The Role:
You’ll directly report to the Knowledge Lead of the Value Engineering organization and play a central role in how Celonis scales and applies our internal knowledge as a strategic advantage. As a key player in a high-impact and strategic function, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and implementing knowledge management solutions. You’ll collaborate alongside our GTM, Product Marketing, Product, and AI teams to make knowledge usable, discoverable, and intelligent. This role is critical in ensuring the effective application of AI at Celonis by shaping how knowledge is organized and made accessible at just the right time, and you will work closely with our AI team to optimize knowledge for AI-driven solutions.
Your primary focus will be to translate the internal knowledge needs into effective tools and processes that enhance productivity and collaboration. You’ll architect our internal knowledge solutions to enhance productivity and improve decision-making. The goal is to establish knowledge as a key competitive advantage and a driver for future innovation (e.g., product development, sales & value methodology).
You’ll also be a trusted partner to subject matter experts across the company, translating their expertise into insights that are easy to absorb and apply. You’ll lead efforts to build scalable best practice knowledge processes and refine content over time based on usage patterns, performance data, and direct feedback. Your deep understanding of knowledge management principles, solution architecture, and technology trends will be crucial. You will work to optimize how knowledge is captured, stored, accessed, and utilized across the Value Engineering team and potentially extended to broader stakeholders (including external ones such as customers and partners).
You will blend knowledge management expertise with strong technical and analytical skills in this interdisciplinary role. You will drive projects autonomously and collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure the successful adoption and continuous improvement of knowledge solutions.
The work you’ll do:
- Design and implement a comprehensive knowledge management strategy aligned with the Value Engineering team's goals and objectives.
- Lead the rollout of the central repository for Go-To-Market content and knowledge, ensuring successful adoption and accessibility for internal and external stakeholders.
- Establish and enforce content governance policies and processes and foster a strong knowledge-sharing culture to ensure knowledge assets are accurate, up-to-date, and well-organized.
- Curate and organize knowledge assets, including best practices, process documentation, and customer stories, to facilitate efficient knowledge sharing and utilization.
- Collaborate with the AI team to optimize knowledge structures and content for AI applications and launch AI solutions to make knowledge accessible everywhere at the right point in time.
- Orchestrate knowledge audits and gap analyses to identify areas for improvement and ensure content relevance.
- Monitor and analyze knowledge usage and feedback to continuously improve the effectiveness of knowledge management solutions.
- Drive the adoption of knowledge management tools and practices through training, communication, and change management initiatives.
The qualifications you need:
- Strong university degree in Technology & Management, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Knowledge Management, Information Science, Business Administration, or a comparable program.
- 3+ years of professional experience in solution engineering, management consulting, product marketing, market intelligence, business intelligence, information architect, or a comparable fast-paced environment.
- Ideally, 3+ years of experience in designing, implementing, and managing knowledge management or learning solutions, or a combination of expertise in knowledge management strategy and implementation of technology solutions to support knowledge sharing and collaboration, with demonstrated hands-on experience in building knowledge management solutions.
Having practical experience in developing and implementing AI-driven applications is a big plus. - Strong understanding of knowledge management principles, methodologies, and best practices, with a proven ability to develop and execute knowledge management strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, program management, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with content management systems, knowledge base software, and collaboration tools.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on process improvement and efficiency, and the ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
