We are looking for a Senior Manager, AI Transformation to join our Enterprise Platform Solutions department in a hybrid capacity based in Bangalore, India, reporting to the Senior Director, AI Transformation Strategy & Outcomes. Our mission is to build security and enterprise platform capabilities that enable organizations to adopt AI applications and agents safely and at scale. In this role, you will lead an ambitious enterprise AI program operating with the rigor of a core product, own critical portfolios end-to-end, and partner across Information Technology, Data, and Change Management to drive transformative business impact.
What You'll Do (Role Expectations)- Own a portfolio of enterprise AI products, programs, and operating-model workstreams end to end, establishing roadmaps, KPIs, and measured business ROI
- Manage ranked intake and product roadmaps for enterprise AI platforms—including AI assistants, collaboration tools, MCP connectors, and autonomous agent frameworks
- Map strategic business initiatives to supporting architectures, proactively identifying duplicate builds and scaling reusable skills and connectors across business functions
- Design and execute cross-functional engagement models, operating rhythms, RACIs, and standard operating procedures to streamline the path from idea to production
- Partner with Change Management and enablement teams to establish executive scorecards, measure adoption and value metrics, and drive widespread hands-on AI fluency
- You are an outcome-focused transformation leader who excels at turning ambiguous cross-functional challenges into structured roadmaps and measurable business impact.
- You are a disciplined product strategist who approaches enterprise capabilities, platform architectures, and internal workflows with a product-management mindset.
- You are a trusted partner and clear communicator who builds consensus, guides steering committees, and influences cross-functional leaders without direct authority.
- You are a data-driven operator who rigorously defines KPIs, tracks program ROI, and translates complex performance metrics into actionable executive narratives.
- You are an everyday practitioner who actively leverages generative AI tools, prompt engineering, and agentic workflows to accelerate execution.
- Foundational understanding of AI/ML technologies and experience leveraging, securing, or positioning AI-driven solutions to optimize outcomes within your functional domain
- Hands-on fluency and active daily use of generative AI and agentic tools, including LLM assistants, agent platforms, MCP integration patterns, and prompt or workflow design
- 8+ years of experience across product management, technical program management, strategy, transformation, or management consulting
- 3+ years of dedicated experience delivering AI, data, automation, or enterprise platform initiatives
- Proven track record of translating ambiguous, complex business challenges into structured roadmaps, operating models, and quantified outcomes
- Strong executive communication and presentation skills, with proven ability to craft executive one-pagers, facilitate steering committees, and articulate prioritization decisions to senior leadership
- Demonstrated ability to influence and partner effectively across cross-functional teams, including Information Technology, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success, without formal authority
- Proven ability to leverage AI technologies and workflows to drive operational efficiency, backed by exposure to how AI agents or models are built
- Experience standing up or leading an enterprise AI Center of Excellence, incubator, or enterprise AI governance program
- Prior experience within a fast-paced enterprise SaaS or cybersecurity company, particularly supporting Go-To-Market systems and customer lifecycle programs
- Strong background in enterprise architecture, data governance, semantic layers, or platform reuse, paired with organizational change management or enablement program design for large-scale technology transformations
