Overview
Senior Marketing Research & Strategy Specialist within the Marketing Department. This role is crucial in supporting the development of marketing strategies, conducting market research activities, and planning for long-term brand growth through structured analysis and data-driven insights. This position will enhance the department’s ability to make informed marketing decisions, mitigate risk, and foster sustainable growth.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage market research projects from planning to reporting.
Design and conduct surveys, interviews, and field research
Analyze customer behavior, market trends, and competitive dynamics.
Develop and support marketing strategies based on research findings.
Provide recommendations related to product, pricing, promotion, and distribution.
Conduct detailed market and competitor analysis.
Prepare comprehensive marketing reports and strategic documents.
Develop professional presentations for management and decision-makers
Use Microsoft Excel for data analysis, summaries, and dashboards.
Present research findings and strategic insights to senior management
Support long-term marketing planning and brand development.
Coordinate with other departments to support overall business objectives.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Relevant certifications in Marketing, Market Research, or Data Analysis are an advantage.
Strong academic and professional foundation in traditional marketing principles and the 4Ps.
Solid understanding of marketing strategy frameworks and market research methodologies.
High level of analytical thinking and data interpretation skills.
Ability to convert complex data into clear insights and recommendations.
Strong business acumen with a strategic mindset.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a strong focus on Excel and PowerPoint.
Familiarity with Power BI, CRM systems, Canva, and marketing management tools.
Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a cross-functional environment.
