Develop and deploy enterprise Microsoft Copilot solutions using Copilot Studio, Power Platform, Azure, and Microsoft 365. Build conversational agents, Power Automate workflows, Power Apps, and integrations with Graph, Dataverse, SharePoint, Dynamics 365, and external APIs. Implement generative AI with Azure OpenAI and Azure AI Services while ensuring security, governance, and compliance. Collaborate with stakeholders, troubleshoot implementations, and optimize scalable AI-driven business automation.

Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Copilot Developer with over 6 years of overall experience in Microsoft technologies and a minimum of 3–4 years of dedicated experience in Microsoft Copilot development. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Platform, Azure Services, Microsoft 365, and AI-driven business automation to build intelligent enterprise solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy enterprise-grade solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio.
- Build AI-powered conversational agents and copilots integrated with Microsoft 365 applications.
- Customize Copilot experiences using Power Platform and Azure services.
- Develop automation workflows using Power Automate.
- Build Power Apps to support Copilot-driven business processes.
- Integrate Copilot with Microsoft Graph, Dataverse, SharePoint, Dynamics 365, and external APIs.
- Implement Generative AI capabilities using Azure OpenAI and Azure AI Services.
- Ensure security, governance, and compliance for enterprise Copilot implementations.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable AI solutions.
- Troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance existing Copilot implementations.
Must Have: Minimum 3–4 years of dedicated Microsoft Copilot development experience along with strong expertise in Power Platform and Azure.
