Job Summary
Synechron is seeking a highly skilled Senior .NET Developer to join our technology team. This role is crucial for designing, developing, and maintaining complex applications using .NET and related technologies. The Lead .NET Developer will be instrumental in implementing CLEAN architecture principles and fostering innovation to achieve Synechron's strategic business objectives.
Software Requirements
Required Proficiency:
- .NET Framework: Advanced level
- ASP.NET MVC: Advanced level
- .NET Web API: Advanced level
- MongoDB: Advanced level
- Angular: Good knowledge
Preferred Proficiency:
- Multithreading: Basic understanding
- Cloud Concepts: Basic understanding
Overall Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of robust .NET applications, ensuring adherence to CLEAN architecture principles.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver high-quality software solutions.
- Utilize design patterns to optimize application performance and scalability.
- Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation for all software projects.
- Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities within the development process.

Experience Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in Microsoft technologies, specifically in .NET development.
- Proven experience in leading software development projects and teams.
- Demonstrated expertise in implementing CLEAN architecture and design patterns.
Day-to-Day Activities
- Engage in daily stand-ups and sprint planning meetings to coordinate development efforts.
- Conduct code reviews to ensure high-quality coding standards are maintained.
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to refine application requirements.
- Develop scalable and maintainable code solutions aligned with business objectives.
- Participate in regular team meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and innovative ideas.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
