We are seeking a Lead Consultant with strong expertise in Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of customer data and cross-channel journey orchestration solutions. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, with a focus on translating business requirements into scalable solutions across data, audience, and campaign layers while ensuring effective governance and performance.
ResponsibilitiesWorkfrKey Responsibilities
Performance Monitoring & Troubleshooting
- Monitor automated campaign workflows to ensure forms, approvals, and routing logic function correctly.
- Identify issues across submissions, approvals, and workflow stages.
- Fix functional issues inside Workfront and support stability of existing flows.
Workflow Optimization & Evolution (Fusion)
- Enhance and evolve campaign workflows using Workfront Fusion.
- Translate business requests from campaign managers into workflow logic changes.
- Develop small-to-medium Fusion workflows to improve automation.
- Ensure all enhancements are compliant with governance and best practices.
End-User Support & Enablement
- Act as the primary SME for workflow-related questions from campaign managers and internal teams.
- Provide clarifications, training, and documentation to support adoption.
- Assist in onboarding teams to new or updated workflows.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 4–8 years of experience with Adobe Workfront (workflow creation, forms, approvals).
- Hands-on experience with Workfront Fusion for workflow enhancement or automation tasks.
- Strong troubleshooting skills across Workfront processes.
- Ability to translate business processes into Workfront workflows.
- Strong communication skills and stakeholder engagement experience.
- Experience in campaign operations, marketing workflows, or MarTech is a plus.
Good to Have
- Workfront or Fusion certifications
- Experience integrating Workfront with AEM, CRM, or other marketing systems
- Understanding of governance, naming conventions, or workflow best practices
Key Must-Haves
- Strong hands-on experience with Adobe Workfront (forms, approvals, workflow configuration)
- Ability to monitor and troubleshoot campaign automation flows
- Working knowledge of Workfront Fusion to enhance and evolve existing workflows (not a heavy integration role)
- Good communication skills to support end users and clarify workflow behavior
Nice-to-Have
- Campaign operations or MarTech workflow experience
- Workfront certifications
- Experience in enterprise workflow environments
This is a hybrid functional + light Fusion development role, not a Workfront admin or full-stack developer position.
