About the Role:
As a Senior Product Software Engineer, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and optimizing business process automations that leverage advanced technologies, modern integration patterns, and agentic automation capabilities. You will be responsible for building scalable, reliable, and intelligent automation solutions that streamline operations, enhance productivity, and deliver high‑value outcomes for users and stakeholders. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to design automation workflows, integrate them with agentic systems and AI models, and resolve complex technical challenges. Your expertise will drive continuous improvement of automation frameworks and elevate overall product quality. You will also identify new automation opportunities and contribute to future‑ready, scalable product solutions aligned with organizational goals.
Responsibilities:
- Lead Automation Project development efforts which covers from stakeholders communication to project deployments on production and maintenance.
- Learn advance automation technologies and apply it into project development process which will help team to build smart, Agentic and robust automations for end users.
- Should able to work and handle multiple projects and stakeholders parallelly in collaboration with other team members to make sure all automation delivers are successfully delivered.
- Technical Documentation: Prepare detailed technical specifications and requirements documents to guide the development process and Architecture reviews.
- Build the automation projects which are cost effective , scalable and easy to maintain on production.
- Should define the testing strategy in collaboration with business team to make sure automation projects are working as expected.
- Provide production support in terms of technical support and issue resolution for deployed automations.
- Should follow the Industry standards while building automation projects like Peer programming , reusable code components and code versioning and security reviews.
- Regularly communicate project updates, progress, and challenges to stakeholders and team members.
Skills:
- 6+ years of software development experience, including Business Process Automation using UiPath and Microsoft Power Platform.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Ability to understand LLMs and design/enhance agentic workflows integrated with RPA and other platforms.
- Strong skills in implementing and improving automations using various RPA frameworks.
- Strong programming expertise in C#, .NET, and VBA, with the ability to build reusable libraries and components that integrate seamlessly with RPA and other systems.
- Capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously and collaborating with team members to meet deadlines.
- Working knowledge of Azure services and ability to utilize them during project development.
- Experience integrating Azure Cognitive Services into automation solutions.
- Ability to work with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure timely, effective project delivery.
- Create and maintain documentation including requirements, solution design, architecture document, test strategy, and reports.
- Strong analytical ability to understand complex problems, evaluate options, and implement effective solutions.
- Collaborate with multiple teams during development and define testing strategies to ensure full coverage.
- Experience working in Agile environments and tools with adaptive planning and iterative delivery.
- Hands-on experience building automations integrating with APIs and MS SQL.
- Proficient in using source code repositories for version control, issue resolution, merging, code deployment and collaboration.
- Provide technical support and guidance across teams to ensure high‑quality automation delivery.
- Ability to work independently as well as with distributed/remote teams.
- Excellent problem‑solving and troubleshooting skills with a creative, solution‑driven mindset.
- Ability to Identify process improvement opportunities to automate using RPA tools.
- Strong communication and presentation abilities.
