End to end responsibility to efficiently manage online data collection projects for multiple accounts and maintaining/growing positive relationship with internal teams, clients, and vendors.
KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Independently manage multiple full-service research projects from initiation to delivery.
• Serve as the primary contact for clients, internal teams, and vendors.
• Review project specifications and research designs for fielding and data collection.
• Monitor all project elements, proactively identifying and resolving potential issues.
• Manage external vendors to meet project timelines and budget requirements.
• Communicate updates, recommendations, and issues to clients and internal teams, involving seniors when necessary.
• Use Sago systems effectively throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with clients to provide timely project updates.
• Deploy samples, coordinate with vendors, and ensure quotas are met on schedule, including handling reprovals and field reports.
• Address urgent issues promptly, escalating when needed.
• Support internal and external teams in coding, analysis, and reporting.
• Validate and prepare data for delivery.
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality data while maintaining project margins.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Follow company SOPs and undertake other assigned duties.

QUALIFICATIONS
Education:
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent Experience:
• Must have 5-8 years of experience working in a market research environment or consumer B2B combined PM experience.
• Experience with research design, reporting, data analysis, international data collection, multi- mode methodology, is a plus.
Computer Skills:
• Experience in DIY survey tools and/or panel software usage is a plus
